As part of the series, three top Austrian restaurants will each create a world-class 5-course menu, accompanied by the extravagant Grand Siècle champagne—the house’s flagship cuvée. On November 26, 2026, Falstaff and Laurent-Perrier will be guests of Andreas Döllerer at the restaurant “Döllerer” in Golling an der Salzach—awarded 99 Falstaff points.
