Falstaff Italia lädt zur Falstaff Signature Night ins Parkhotel Laurin in Bozen. In drei Masterclasses der Extraklasse präsentieren wir die einzigartige Möglichkeit, einige der größten Weine Italiens zu verkosten und mit Produzenten in direktem Kontakt zu kommen. Zuerst geht es in der »Masterclass Franciacorta« um feine Schaumweine; in der Masterclass »Barolo & Barbaresco« gewähren wir einen Einblick in die großen Rotweine des Piemonts; in der Masterclass »Bordeaux? Nein, Italien!« präsentieren wir die ersten drei Bordeaux-Cuvées Italiens: Sassicaia der Tenuta San Guido aus der Toskana, Venegazzù Capo di Stato von Loredan Gasparini aus Venetien und Fojaneghe Rosso von Bossi Fedrigotti aus dem Trentino. Mit dabei sind Vertreter des Weingutes die Weine aus 3 Jahrzehnten mitgebracht haben.
Anschließend geht’s weiter zur Kitchenparty! Local Chef Dario Tornatore und die Gastchefs Roberto und Enrico Cerea (Da Vittorio ***) begeistern mit feinen Köstlichkeiten. Passend dazu eine Weinauswahl von Falstaff Italia. Und nachher wird getanzt!

For the wine galas, trade visitors can enter the location at 3 p.m., for the Vienna Bar & Spirits Festival, admission to the Hofburg Vienna is as early as 2 p.m.

People aged 16 and over have access to our wine galas. Admission to the Vienna Bar & Spirits Festival is permitted from the age of 18.
Yes, the ticket sold is transferable, but can only be redeemed once
Admission includes a tasting of all the drinks on offer and a sampling of the small delicacies.
There are no parking spaces on site. Alternatively, you can park in the surrounding parking garages for a fee. We recommend traveling by public transport.
The glass deposit is €10,- in cash.
