What to expect in our spring issue:
Easter time traditionally stands for new beginnings, the eternity of the cycle - and not least the freshness of spring. That's why in this issue we present wonderfully fresh recipes and ideas for staging your spring table, sometimes in surprising ways. We have also asked five outstanding chefs from the Styrian thermal spa and volcano region to develop recipes for us that reflect the region and make you want to head out into spring.
But what spring doesn't yet offer at home is ripe fruit - we'll have to wait a little longer for that. But the Alphonsino mango, one of the best tropical fruits of all, is ripening now, in the first weeks of April, to a wonderful sweetness and depth of flavor. Let yourself be tempted, we have prepared sweet and savoury recipes to celebrate this wonder of nature!
