The purchased ticket can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Cancellations after the event are not possible.

No, it is not possible to pay by card.

Private visitors are welcome from 4.30 pm.

For the wine galas, trade visitors can enter the location at 3 p.m., for the Vienna Bar & Spirits Festival, admission to the Hofburg Vienna is as early as 2 p.m.

Only one trade visitor ticket can be purchased per person.

No, every Gourmet Club member can purchase two discounted tickets.

People aged 16 and over have access to our wine galas. Admission to the Vienna Bar & Spirits Festival is permitted from the age of 18.

Yes, the ticket sold is transferable, but can only be redeemed once

Admission includes a tasting of all the drinks on offer and a sampling of the small delicacies.

There are no parking spaces on site. Alternatively, you can park in the surrounding parking garages for a fee. We recommend traveling by public transport.
